Hi party people, welcome to our new website! Our names are Natalie and Sean, and we’re excited to make your event sensational. Natalie is the key party planner, and Sean is the sound and lighting expert. Since 2021, It’s My Party has been providing the Auckland-area with disco packages. However, our inception began small.
When our 7 year old wanted to invite everyone he knew to his 8th birthday party, we had a problem. The cost of each attendee alone would be a budget blowout, not to mention lights, sound, and activities.
We wanted a different experience than our local facility offerings. We envisioned an event where kids could both interact and be entertained. We’re also a family that loves music and dance, and wanted an event to show that. From this, the disco party concept emerged.
We sourced the equipment for an amazing home party, and impressed attendee friends and parents. Several people asked how they could throw the same party, or if we could arrange equipment for them. We decided to start a home business to offer these different options, at very reasonable prices.
Our sound and lighting equipment is of professional standard. Our electrical equipment is PAT tested AS/NZS 3760:2010. We have a variety of pre-packaged disco offerings, as well as small-scale and customizable options for any budget. We’re happy to sort out your perfect party details.
